Shipping Information

Q: What Is Your Shipping Method?

A: ShertwinZ® Inc ships throughout the United States for a single flat rate of only $8.00.  No matter how BIG or how small your package is you pay only $8.00 for shipping and handling. No weight limit, no minimum order, and no maximum order, it's just that simple.

Most packages/orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, First Class Mail, or United Parcel Service. Shipping method is based on which ever accommodates your order best due to size and postage.

Q: How Does Order Processing Factor Into My Order's Arrival Date?

A: After your product has been processed and once the product ships, typically your product will arrive between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location, excluding holidays.  Once order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for you to check status.

Q: Do You Ship To International Locations?

A: No, at this time ShertwinZ.com only ships within the United States.

Q: Do You Ship To Post Office Boxes?

A: Yes. All P.O. Box orders will be delivered via USPS.

Q: Do You Ship To Rural Route Numbers?

A: Yes. Box orders will be delivered via USPS.

Q: Can I Send Items To Multiple Addresses With The Same Order?

A: Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, individual orders for each address will need to be submitted.

Q: Why Did My Order Come In Multiple Boxes?

A: We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to: The order size - large orders maybe split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.

The item size - some items required special handling and packaging and thus a separate box.
